Hailed by many travel magazines and guidebooks as one of the world’s best beaches, Boracay is undeniably the beach capital of the Philippines.

Boracay entices beach loving tourists to its sun bleached shores of powder-soft white sands that never get hot even in the afternoon sun. The island is a plac eto explore by foot or underwater.

Boracay Island has more than a dozen beaches and many coves. The most famous and popular  is the almost four kilometres long White Beach. Across the island from White Beach is Bulabog Beach, a secondary tourism beach and Boracay’s main windsurfing and kiteboarding area.

The more active will appreciate water sports and activities such as sailing, wind surfing, snorkelling, diving and jet skiing.

The fun in Boracay doesn’t end when the sun sets. Boracay night-life pulsates with many bars and restaurants serving food, drink and fun until dawn.

If you go.

With the Philippines being a vast archipelago comprised of many islands, the best option and the fastest way to get to Boracay would be take a short flight on any of the local budget airlines – around 2 hours flying from any of the major airports.
